                At Tablet Crest Grove, we are committed to providing exceptional styling services and ensuring our clients' satisfaction. We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment or request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines regarding deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
                By booking our services, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy. Please read it carefully before making a purchase or scheduling an appointment.
             
            
                2. Deposits and Payments
                
                2.1 Booking Deposits
                For most of our services, we require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit amount varies depending on the service:
                
                    - Personal Style Development: 30% of the total service fee
 
                    - Wardrobe Analysis & Optimization: 30% of the total service fee
 
                    - Personal Shopping Experience: 25% of the total service fee
 
                    - Event & Special Occasion Styling: 40% of the total service fee
 
                    - Corporate Image Consulting: Varies based on project scope (specified in the proposal)
 
                
                
                2.2 Payment Methods
                We accept the following payment methods:
                
                    - Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
 
                    - PayPal
 
                    - Bank transfers
 
                
                
                2.3 Final Payment
                The remaining balance is due on the day of service for in-person sessions or prior to the session for virtual consultations, unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.
             
            
                3. Cancellation Policy
                
                3.1 Client-Initiated Cancellations
                Our cancellation policy is as follows:
                
                    - More than 7 days' notice: Full deposit transferable to a future booking within 6 months
 
                    - 3-7 days' notice: 50% of deposit transferable to a future booking within 6 months
 
                    - Less than 3 days' notice: Deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable
 
                
                Cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@tabletcrestgrove.site.
                
                3.2 Stylist-Initiated Cancellations
                In the rare event that we need to cancel your appointment due to stylist illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances:
                
                    - We will attempt to reschedule your appointment at a mutually convenient time
 
                    - If rescheduling is not possible, we will refund your deposit in full
 
                
             
            
                4. Rescheduling Policy
                
                4.1 Client-Initiated Rescheduling
                Our rescheduling policy is as follows:
                
                    - More than 7 days' notice: One free reschedule, deposit transferred to new date
 
                    - 3-7 days' notice: Rescheduling fee of £25, in addition to the original deposit
 
                    - Less than 3 days' notice: Treated as a cancellation; new deposit required for rebooking
 
                
                Rescheduling requests must be made in writing via email to info@tabletcrestgrove.site.
                
                4.2 Stylist-Initiated Rescheduling
                If we need to reschedule your appointment, we will:
                
                    - Provide as much advance notice as possible
 
                    - Work with you to find a suitable alternative date and time
 
                    - Transfer your deposit to the new appointment date
 
                
             
            
                5. Refund Policy
                
                5.1 Service Refunds
                Our approach to refunds for completed services is as follows:
                
                    - Styling is subjective, and while we strive for complete client satisfaction, we cannot guarantee that you will be satisfied with our recommendations or advice.
 
                    - If you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns.
 
                    - Refunds for completed services are considered on a case-by-case basis and are at the discretion of Tablet Crest Grove management.
 
                    - Any refund approved will be processed using the original payment method.
 
                
                
                5.2 Gift Certificates
                Gift certificates are:
                
                    - Non-refundable
 
                    - Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
 
                    - Transferable to another person
 
                    - Not redeemable for cash
 
                
                
                5.3 Package Purchases
                For multi-session packages:
                
                    - Unused sessions may be eligible for partial refund within 30 days of purchase, less a 20% administration fee
 
                    - After 30 days, unused sessions are non-refundable but remain valid for the package duration
 
                    - Packages expire 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified
 
                
             
            
                6. Late Arrivals
                We understand that delays can happen. However, we operate on a schedule and must be respectful of all clients' time:
                
                    - If you arrive up to 15 minutes late, your session will be shortened to end at the originally scheduled time
 
                    - If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to treat this as a cancellation with less than 3 days' notice
 
                    - No refunds or transfers will be issued for shortened sessions due to late arrival
 
                
             
            
                7. Virtual Consultations
                For virtual styling consultations:
                
                    - The same cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policies apply as for in-person services
 
                    - Technical issues on the client's end that prevent service delivery do not qualify for refunds, but we will make reasonable attempts to reschedule
 
                    - If technical issues on our end prevent service delivery, we will reschedule at no additional cost or provide a full refund if preferred
 
                
             
            
                8. Personal Shopping Services
                
                8.1 Shopping Budget
                Please note that our personal shopping service fee does not include the cost of items purchased. You are responsible for the cost of any items you choose to purchase during the shopping experience.
                
                8.2 Returns and Exchanges
                Returns and exchanges of items purchased during personal shopping sessions:
                
                    - Are subject to the individual retailers' return policies
 
                    - Must be handled directly by the client with the retailer
 
                    - Do not affect the personal shopping service fee, which remains non-refundable
 
                
             
            
                9. Force Majeure
                Tablet Crest Grove shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause that is beyond our reasonable control. Such causes include, but are not limited to: natural disaster, pandemic, government restrictions, war, terrorist act, riot, fire, explosion, or accident.
                In the event of a force majeure situation:
                
                    - We will attempt to reschedule services to a future date
 
                    - If services cannot be rescheduled, alternative arrangements will be discussed on a case-by-case basis
 
                
             
            
                10. Special Circumstances
                We understand that life circumstances can change unexpectedly. In cases of serious illness, family emergency, or other exceptional situations, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to find a solution and may, at our discretion, offer more flexible rescheduling or refund terms.
                Documentation may be requested to substantiate special circumstance claims.
             
            
                11. Changes to This Policy
                We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Refund Policy.
